			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you are finding out how to treat jet lag you have to consider several factors.  The most important part of how to recover from jet lag is to adjust to your new time zone.</p>
<p>When you are recovering from jet lag you have to look at several factors to recover as quickly as possible.  Since jet lag can severely affect a trip or holiday, leaving you sleepy and disorientated for up to a month, helping your body recover from jet lag is hugely important for any trip you decide to make.</p>
<p>So here are some steps to show you how to recover from jet lag!</p>
<p>1) When treating jet lag, the first thing to do is to reset your watch to local time.  This may seem obvious, but resetting your watch will let you adjust to local time, and help you recover from jet lag much more quickly.</p>
<p>2) Eat a protein filled breakfast, and plenty of nuts or seeds for energy.  These will help to keep you awake until the local time for sleep.</p>
<p>3) Spend your time in natural sunlight, let your body know what the time is by exposing it to sunlight.</p>
<p>4) Get some exercise, even if it is just walking outside for a while every few hours.</p>
<p>5) If you really need sleep take a nap for an hour, no more, and do not nap after 2pm.</p>
<p>6) Go to bed at a reasonable time, around 9pm is usually the best.</p>
<p>7) If you have trouble sleeping melatonin, lavender oil and chamomile tea can help.</p>
<p> <img src='http://www.latesthowtoguide.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif' alt='8)' class='wp-smiley' /> Do not oversleep, wake up no later than 8am, and do something active as soon as you get up.</p>
<p>Follow all these tips on how to recover from jet lag, and you should be back to normal in no time, wherever in the world you travel to.</p>
