How to Sync iPhone With Outlook Calendar

Whether you are in business or you work at home, look after kids, or go to university, an up to date calendar is a great way to keep your life organized.  While the iPhone is perfect for this role, some people find it frustrating to keep their appointments on their PC and on their handheld device.

The good news is that you can easily sync your iPhone with Outlook calendar just by following a few simple steps.  The iPhone can also easily be hooked up to Outlook contacts, and even Google Calendar if you want to take things a little further!

But back on point, if you want to sync your iPhone with outlook calendar then follow this easy point by point list below.

1) Check for iPhone updates, this is not 100% necessary but it can help prevent errors.

2) Take your USB iPhone cable and connect your iPhone to your PC.

3) When iTunes automatically launches (If it doesn’t open automatically, open it from your programs list, or install it if you do not have it) select iPhone from your iTunes source list and click the ‘info’ tab.

4) Click ‘Sync Outlook Calendars’ and then press ‘apply’

Your iPhone should now begin to sync your iPhone with Outlook Calendar!

If you have problems you might want to check that you have outlook 2003 or higher, older versions may have compatibility issues.
